Sometimes the hardest thing to do in the Christian life is to be still and trust that God knows what He’s doing and will deliver us by grace. The Israelites learned that lesson by the shores of the Red Sea and we learn it every day through the challenges we face. But God is faithful to His promise to deliver us from all our foes, even sin and death, through the One who was still for us on the cross.
