Every story has a turning point when the true hero is revealed. The turning point in the book of Esther has nothing to do with Esther and everything to do with the sovereign God who delivers His people according to His gracious initiative. The reversal found in Esther 6 anticipates the ultimate reversal to come, when the despised Savior would be exalted by His Father so that everyone who trusts in Him would be saved and experience a complete reversal in their lives for His glory.
