Repentance is often seen as negative and shameful, or at least as unpleasant and uncomfortable. But it is a blessed gift from God to turn our wayward hearts back to Himself. Repentance is the gateway through which we receive the salvation of Christ as well as the daily path that keeps us close to Him. It is a gift to be received with joy, used with frequency, and shared with others to the glory of God.
